2000 & 2000 SAN
The Series 2000 is a complete range of microprocessor based pressure and level transmitters with local display and adjustment by three pushbuttons. The buttons are used to set Zero and Span. Test pressures are not required for calibration. The display, which can indicate a number of chosen engineering units is also used during programming to assist the operation.
Process temperatures can be shown and damping times adjusted from 0 to 25 secs. A 4-20 mA Current Simulation can be performed. The Series 2000 is fully temperature compensated.
Over 40 different process connections are available including many flush diaphragm designs. Options include CENELEC approval for intrinsically safe applications, HART® protocol or PROFIBUS-PA output.
Series 8000 and 8000 SAN
The Series 8000-SAN are solid state pressure and level transmitters based upon a piezo resistive sensor and a strong flush mounted diaphragm. The transmitters are fully temperature compensated.
The Series 8000-SAN units are especially designed to be non-clogging and capable of being cleaned in-place. They fully meet the needs of the food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In order to be fully compatible with the process they are monitoring, the Series 8000-SAN units offer a wide range of process connections and a choice of materials from which the wetted parts are fabricated.
All versions enjoy Cenelec approval for Intrinsically Safe applications.
Hydrobar
The “Hydrobar” series are submersible level transmitters with a cable or SS tube extension, to measure the level in waterworks, deep wells, underground tanks, concrete bunkers, etc.
The “Hydrobar” transmitters are available as fixed range (type FR) units, or with adjustable zero and span. All transmitters are fully temperature compensated, and are equipped with strong flush mounted diaphragms which are laser welded, this results in a perfect long term stability.
Hydrobar S (Smart)
The Series “2000-Hydrobar” is a complete range of microprocessor based submersible level transmitters for top mounting, with a local display and adjustment by three push buttons. Zero and span can be calibrated very easy without test pressure. The display, which can indicate a number of chosen engineering units is also used during programming.
Process temperatures can be indicated and damping times adjusted from 0 to 25 secs. A 4-20 mA Current Simulation can be performed. Also a tanklinearisation can be done. The Intelligent Series 2000- Hydrobar are fully temperature compensated, and are equipped with strong flush diaphragms who are laser welded, this results in a perfect long term stability.
Peramic
The “Peramic” is a solid state, all stainless, pressure transmitter based on a ceramic pressure cell.
The amplifier system is based on a single integrated circuit, which ensures a perfect linearity in the 4-20 mA output, also the transmitter is fully temperature compensated on process temperatures.
The “Peramic” has the latest state of the art planar technology which results in a very compact construction, it is made for pressure applications in liquids, gases and vapours.
Zero and span are internally adjustable in wide ranges.
A local indicator (programmable) is available (option).
TT-2000
The TT-2000 is a All Stainless “Intelligent” PT-100 temperature transmitter based on the successful series 2000 Pressure and Level transmitters.
As standard, the TT-2000 will be supplied with a local indicator and 3 pushbuttons for Easy calibration. Various process connections are available, like: G1/2”, G1”, DIN Milkcoupling, Tri-clamp and Flanges. The insertion length and diameter of the sensor can be ordered in customer specific dimensions. The standard PT-100 element used is class 1/3 DIN which, in combination with the microprocessor based electronics, creates a very stable and accurate output signal.
Vibration Level Switch C, S and FLX
Klay Instruments offers a wide range of ‘All Stainless’ Level Switches mainly for use in the Food and Pharmaceutical industry and water and waste water industry. The Vibra-Switch levelswitch are available in 2 executions.
The ‘C’ version is the compact level switch with a connector or cable connection and the ‘S’ version is equipped with a complete stainless steel electronics housing.
The ‘FLX’ levelswitch is based on the principle of conductivity and is a very rugged designed stainless steel levelswitch. All standard process connections like G1 thread, milkcoupling, Tri-Clamp and Flanges are available.
